The client is responsible for cancelling their own appointment online. You must cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge for a 40% cancellation fee. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any no call no shows will be charged 100% of the service total and will be blocked from booking with me again. You may not use the cancellation fee towards a future appointment. Your card on file is not charged at the time of booking; your card will only be charged a cancellation fee if you fail to cancel your appointment within the 48 hour time frame or do not show up to your appointment (100% charge of the service if you are a no call no show). **Same day appointment requests are subject to being declined.** I look forward to meeting and glamming you🤍
